• Eligibility varies based on each potential member’s conditions. Please call to speak with our admission staff to determine potential eligibility.  Final eligibility is determined by CenCal.

Veteran Benefit

• Free, or share of cost, depending on income and eligibility
• ADHC Program
• Eligibility varies based on each potential member’s conditions. Please call our admission staff to determine potential eligibility.  Final eligibility is determined by the Veteran’s Administration.

Long-Term Care Insurance

• ADHC or ADP Program
• Long-Term Care Insurance may cover ADHC or ADP services.
• The Wisdom Center bills you directly, and you receive reimbursement from the LTC insurance company.
• Costs range from $65.00 per day plus transportation.
• Transportation costs are based on number of miles from center.
• Daily rate depends on level of care and support needed.
• Pricing is dependent on the needs of the potential member. Please call our admission staff for more information.

Private Pay
