About us

The goal of the Wisdom Center is to help ensure that every member who attends remains happily and healthy in the community for as long as possible, and to support those who love them.  We are an experienced, educated and devoted team, hand-picked for our level of caring and professionalism to help ensure that your loved one receives top notch care. We individually assess each member upon admission and additionally every three months, to ensure that they are receiving the specific care needed to help ensure their greatest level of emotional, cognitive and emotional health possible. Our members health and happiness is our primary goal. Our team consists of Licensed registered nurses, social workers, recreational professionals, CNA’s and aides, a dietitian, LCSW, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, a pharmacist and licensed physician. All services, above, transportation to and from your home, breakfast, snack and lunch are all included in one reasonable price, and are completely covered for eligible CenCal members or Veterans. The Wisdom Center is licensed by the California Department of Public Health and certified by the California Department of Aging.
