Recreational and Social Activities
What would you like to do today? We offer multiple activities to stimulate your brain and nourish you soul, all while spending time with friends in a safe environment. Some of our activites include, dancing, art lessons, shooting pool, meditation, book club, bingo, card tournaments and more. Click here to be taken to our monthly calendar of activities.
Included in our ADHC and ADP programs
Medical and Nursing Services
Our on-site nursing team works closely with your physian and you to understand and treat your health needs. This may include checking your blood sugar, blood pressure and other vital signs as needed to monitor your health; asking about and treating symptoms and provding you with feedback and education regarding any questions you may have. We will also work with your loved one, or caregiver, to help ensure optimal health.

Delicious Meals and Snacks
Prepared fresh daily in our state-of-the-art kitchen, our members are delighted with an array of nourishing and scrumptious meals and snacks, including breakfast and lunch. Special diets can be accomodated. Click here to see this month’s menu.

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
After a thorough health inventory, if needed, our therapists will design a plan to support your functional activities and mobility to help you to conitinue living independently and well in the community.

Social and Psychological Services
Everyone needs a little help now and then. Our social work and psychological services staff will work with you to ensure optimum mental health. Group and individual counseling are provided. Sometimes you may need help understanding a letter from social security or making a doctor’s appointment. Our care management team is there for you too!
We also offer a monthly caregiver support group.

Transportation
Relax and enjoy the ride. We will take you from your home to the center and then back again at the end of the day in the comfort of our well-appointed vans.

Personal Care Services
Support and assistance is provided for those who need it in the areas of personal care and hygiene, as well as protective supervision.
